Return & Refund Policy – Feather Zone

Our Return Policy Terms & Conditions

At Feather Zone, we offer an Easy 7-Day Return policy. The following conditions apply:

  • The product can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Only unused and undamaged products will be accepted for return, in their original packaging.
  • A valid reason for return must be provided and communicated to us at the number below.
  • If you want to exchange the product or need any clarification, please contact us at the number below.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, which is non-refundable.
  • The product, along with its original Invoice, must be sent to our return address (please contact us to confirm the address before shipping):
    • Feather Zone, Panipat, Haryana, India
  • The refund process will begin once we receive the product and it passes inspection confirming it is new and in perfect condition. The full amount will be refunded only if the product is returned unused, undamaged, and in proper packaging.
  • Refunds are processed within 3 working days after the product is received at our address. Payments made by Cheque or DD may take a few extra days to reach your billing address.
  • This policy applies only to customers within India; due to high international shipping costs, we are unable to offer exchanges, returns or refunds to international customers.
